We’re looking to recruit a Chair of the Board of Trustees to lead us into a post-Covid era.
Our current Chair Nigel Hugill has been with us since 2012 but is standing down now his term has come to an end.
The successful candidate is likely to have demonstrable experience of leading an organisation through a significant strategic transformation, and to welcome the opportunity to do that at the RSC.
We're looking for a highly experienced, inclusive and thoughtful leader who is innovative, forward-thinking, and committed to our vision, mission and values, with a deep appreciation for the power of theatre, education and culture to enrich society. Someone who is deeply committed to diversity, equality and inclusion, and able to amplify the voices of people currently underrepresented in our workforce, our audiences or our thinking.
