• First Time Fridays

  Never been to the Royal Shakespeare Company to see a show before? Then why not try FIRST TIME FRIDAYS. You can get tickets to see any of our shows in Stratford-upon-Avon on a Friday for only £10.*

  Our First Time Friday tickets for Stratford-upon-Avon theatres are available every Friday throughout the year.

  You will be able to purchase a maximum of two tickets at £10 each, so you can bring a friend and enjoy your first visit together.

  First Time Friday Tickets are available now and can be booked in advance by calling 01789 331111 or in person at our Box Office.

  TERMS & CONDITIONS

  *The tickets will be in pre-allocated seats with 20 tickets held in the Royal Shakespeare Theatre every Friday. Tickets are available for first time visitors to the RSC. Maximum of one pair per person. Available by phone and in person only. To qualify, visitors must not have purchased a ticket for the Royal Shakespeare Theatre, the Swan Theatre, The Other Place or the RSC residency at the Barbican, London.

• Rush tickets

  Discounted tickets from £10 available online from midday every Friday

  A great new way to get last minute discounted tickets for shows in Stratford-upon-Avon.

  We put discounted Rush tickets on sale every Friday from midday to midnight only, for shows the following week. There is a limited number of tickets from £10 (restricted view) or £20, for selected performances in the Royal Shakespeare Theatre..

  Tickets will be allocated on a first come, first served basis and are only available online. Each person can book a maximum of two Rush tickets each week. Rush tickets may only be available in certain levels of the auditoria and on particular price bands.

  Terms and conditions apply. Subject to availability and price band. Not available on premium seats.

  Please note the use of a promotional code is not required for this offer.

• 16 - 25 year olds

  £5 tickets

  This discount is available for all Stratford-upon-Avon performances, and some RSC productions in other locations, for those aged between 16 - 25. Visit our RSC Key 16-25 pages for more information.

  This offer is for individuals only and cannot be used for group or family ticket bookings. Tickets must be booked and paid for by individuals between the ages of 16 and 25 inclusive (adults over the age of 25 cannot buy tickets on behalf of younger people).
  
  Tickets can only be collected in person by the 16 - 25 year old from the Box Office; proof of entitlement will be required for all tickets.

  This discount does not apply to Premium seats.

• Families

  Up to four under 18s half price with every full price paying adult

  Half price tickets are available for up to four family members under the age of 18 attending with every full priced paying adult (up to a maximum of ten tickets).

  This discount is available for Monday to Friday performances and all matinee performances and is available for most ticket prices and can be purchased online, by phone or in person at the theatre.

  This discount does not apply to Premium seats.

• Disabled people

  £16 per ticket

  If your choice of seat is limited by your disability, then discounted tickets are available at £16. Should you need the services of a companion (including wheelchair users) their ticket is also £16. For more information please visit our access pages.
  
  All ticket discounts are subject to availability and at the discretion of the Box Office. Discounts cannot be booked in conjunction with, or combined with any other offers and cannot be applied retrospectively.

• Over 65s

  20% off

  We offer discounted tickets for those over the age of 65 on selected performances. A 20% discount is available on all seats for Monday and Tuesday evening performances and all midweek matinees. 

  This offer is intended to benefit individuals and is therefore not available for groups of more than eight.

  This discount does not apply to premium seats.

• Standby Rate

  £25 for best available seat

  Available on the day of the performance only and subject to availability. Applicable to students, unemployed, members of the UK Armed Forces, key workers, Equity members, YHA card holders and staff from other UK arts organisations. Proof of entitlement may be required.

• CV37 Standby Scheme

  £10 for best available seats

  Available on the day and only in person or by telephone and subject to availability. Applicable to residents of Stratford-upon-Avon with a CV37 postcode. Proof of address will be required at time of booking or on collection.

• UK schools

  UK Schools and Colleges (aged 18 and under)
  £12.50 Education Members (£16.50 non-Members) 

  Monday to Thursday performances for groups of 10+ students. One free teacher’s ticket for every ten students. One adult required for every ten students. Teachers’ free tickets will be placed amongst groups of students and must be used by accompanying adults only. Only available to UK schools and universities during term time. Join as an RSC Education Member for just £20 per year.

  If you join as an RSC Education Member, tickets for UK school groups of ten or more students (aged 18 and under) can be purchased for all Monday - Thursday Stratford-upon-Avon performances for £12.50 per ticket (£16.50 for non-Members). Tickets are subject to availability and one free adult place is provided (and required) for every ten students. Adult free tickets will be placed among groups of students and must be used by accompanying adults only. With Education Membership costing just £20 per year, you’ll make immediate savings whilst also keeping up-to-date with the latest RSC Education news.

• Groups of 10 or more

  Savings of up to £23 per ticket

  Discounts for groups of 10+, 50+ and 100+ are available with savings of up to £23 per ticket.  Valid on Premium, A price and B price seats, Monday to Friday throughout the year.
