We are delighted to have won the Large Visitor Attraction of the Year award at the West Midlands Tourism Awards.

The award recognises us for providing truly memorable visitor experiences and demonstrating excellence across every aspect of our business.

It recognises that our visitors have a great time when they visit us, whether that's seeing a show, coming to our events or exhibitions, taking a guided tour or stopping in for a bite to eat.

We also received silver awards for Experience of the Year which focused on our guided tours, and Accessible and Inclusive Tourism.

This is the first year of the awards, which celebrate the success of tourism businesses across the region.

As part of the ceremony in the University of Birmingham's Great Hall, a young actor from our family musical The Boy in the Dress performed the song 'If I Don't Cry' from the show.
