Gift Vouchers Terms and conditions

Information about using your gift vouchers.

Vouchers may only be used to purchase RSC Theatre Tickets, Membership, Theatre Tours, Tower visits, Education workshops and Programme Vouchers if booked through the RSC Box Office. All tickets are subject to availability.
Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be returned for a cash refund.
Vouchers are only valid for use through the RSC Box Office in Stratford-upon-Avon and can be redeemed online, in person or by telephone on 01789 331111.
Vouchers cannot be used in the RSC shops, bars, restaurant or cafe.
Vouchers expire 12 months from the date of issue as displayed on the gift voucher.
Vouchers are not tickets and will not allow access to the auditorium.
Vouchers can be used for full or part payment. Any unused amount will remain attached to the unique number on the Voucher to be used for future purchases. A new Voucher will not be issued to reflect the balance. No cash alternative is available.
Postage, where applicable, will be charged for each transaction when redeeming Vouchers against ticket purchases.

Vouchers are not replaceable if lost, stolen, destroyed or expired.
Vouchers must be kept safe and Voucher numbers should not be shared with or given to third parties. The RSC is not liable for misuse of Vouchers and will accept Vouchers as payment from whoever is able to quote the unique Voucher number without further proof of purchase.
The gift amount quoted on Vouchers is subject to purchases made using the Voucher. Please check your unused balance with the Box Office before using this Voucher number on any purchase.
