Here's what you need to know about how we're keeping you safe during your visit.

Covid 19

The pandemic has had a devastating impact on the arts industries, and it continues to be an extremely difficult environment in which to present live performances. To address these challenges, ensure we keep our staff and audiences safe and minimise risk to the performances we are continuing with a number of safety measures.

We clean and sanitise all areas of our buildings and facilities thoroughly before, during and after every performance or event.

Before you come

If you have any Covid-19 symptoms (high temperature, new persistent cough, loss of taste or smell) or have been advised to isolate, then don't attend in person.

Bag checks

We'll carry out a contactless bag check outside before you enter the building. We might ask you to remove items from your bag to assist with this.

The cloakroom is now open, but please keep personal items to an absolute minimum and only bring a small bag. Large bags won't be allowed into the theatre.

Please bring your tickets either printed or on your mobile device. Your tickets can be found in either your email inbox or by going online to your upcoming events. If you can’t print or access your tickets, please contact or call the Box Office: 01789 331111 (Monday - Friday, 10am-6pm excluding Bank Holidays)
