  1. RSC Rooftop Restaurant gift cards and e-vouchers can only be redeemed in the Rooftop Restaurant at the Royal Shakespeare Theatre as full or part payment for food and drink.

     

  2. The following exclusions apply to the use of this Rooftop Restaurant gift card/e-voucher, and it cannot be used in any of the following areas: RSC Box Office, RSC Shop (online and at the Royal Shakespeare Theatre), Susie's Café Bar, Riverside Café, Swan Café, Theatre Bars, RSC Wedding Hire, RSC Venue Hire and RSC Costume Hire.

     

  3. The value of purchases will be deducted from the card or e-voucher balance.

     

  4. The RSC will not accept liability for lost, stolen or damaged cards or e-vouchers and they will not be replaced. Protect this card/e-voucher and treat it as cash.

     

  5. The RSC reserve the right to refuse to accept a Rooftop Restaurant gift card or e-voucher that we believe has been fraudulently obtained.

     

  6. The gift card or e-voucher will expire 24 months from purchase or last use. Any remaining balance will be cancelled on the expiry of the validity period.

     

  7. Gift cards or e-vouchers have a minimum value of £1 and a maximum value of £500.

     

  8. The gift card or e-voucher cannot be exchanged for cash. We do not give change, cash or debit/credit card refunds on gift card or e-voucher transactions. Any remaining balance will remain on the gift card/e-voucher and may be applied to future purchases provided that the gift card/e-voucher has not expired.

  10. The RSC reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time.

     

  11. These terms and conditions are governed by English law.
