About the Production

This production of Hamlet, set aboard a sinking ship, examines the true nature of tragedy - the pursuit of justice in the face of inevitable doom. Directed by Rupert Goold and designed by Es Devlin, it explores timeless ideas of leadership and governance against the realities of modern politics and of course, human nature.
