Join us for our first Winter School, a two-day leisure learning programme focused on Cyrano de Bergerac and Macbeth. Enjoy a mixture of Q&As with the cast and creative team, interactive sessions and academic talks. Learn more about how the RSC makes theatre, how creative teams have approached our current season, and how these plays have been interpreted across history.

The Winter School programme will include:
Friday 7 November, 11am - 4pm
- 'Scotland in and through Macbeth' with Dr Toria Johnson
- 'Macbeth across Culture and Media: Lili' with Toby Coffey, Digital Producer (Lili Macbeth)
- 'Dids't Thou Not Speak?' Actor Q&A with Sam Heughan (Macbeth) and Lia Williams (Lady Macbeth)
Saturday 8 November, 10.15am - 3.30pm
- Q&A with members of the Cyrano De Bergerac company
- A Tale of Two Rehearsal Rooms: Q&A with Lydia McKinley, Assistant Director Cyrano De Bergerac and Max Harrison, Assistant Director Macbeth
- Rostand & Cyrano: An Introduction with Dr Rebecca Mitchell

Performances
Attendees are invited to see the productions that will be discussed and these must be booked separately from your Winter School ticket.
We advise that you watch the productions on the following days:
- Friday 7 November, Macbeth, The Other Place
- Saturday 8 November, Cyrano de Bergerac, Swan Theatre
