Costume Jumble Sale

Our jumble sale, held on 23 September 2017, brought 1,700 people through the doors of our rehearsal rooms in Arden Street, to take home souvenirs from RSC shows.

Queues stretched out along Arden Street as people waited to get their hands on 10,000 items of costume that we sold off. With prices starting from £1, visitors hats and crowns to necklaces, doublets and shoes.

The days was hugely successful - see the New York Times coverage of the day - 'Ball Gowns, lace Ruffs and Fairy Wings'.
