Member Friend Events 

You can upgrade your Membership to a Friends Membership for an additional £20 a year. The RSC Friends organise and host events throughout the year. Recent guest speakers have included Tracy-Ann Oberman and Peter de Jersey.

    We are delighted that the Big Friendly Giant himself, John Leader, has accepted our invitation to be our guest in February. John was previously in the Company in 2024 for School for Scandal and The Merry Wives of Windsor.

  • IN CONVERSATION: JACQUI O'HANLON

    Jacqui is the RSC’s Director of Learning and National Partnerships and Deputy Executive Director. We are very pleased that she agreed to meet with us in March to tell us about her work. We know you will all appreciate her enthusiasm for this vital role in encouraging young people to get involved in theatre.

  • RECEPTION FOR SHAKESPEARE'S BIRTHDAY

    Saturday 25 April, 9.30am
    Upper Circle Bar, Royal Shakespeare Theatre

    Friends join Patrons with other special guests for an hour of toasts, birthday cake and readings to celebrate Shakespeare’s Birthday, all before going into town to watch the procession. Wear a sprig of rosemary if you can and join us for this annual treat.
