An RSC apprenticeship will equip you for future employment in the theatre industry by learning from experts and being supported by mentors and learning providers.
We offer apprenticeships in:

Apprenticeships can last from one to four years. Throughout this time you will be fully supported by your line manager at work, our Training and Development team, the college or learning provider and your mentor.
Aged 16 or over, you will work full time, at a maximum of 40 hours per week and will be entitled to 25 days holiday per year, excluding statutory holidays. We pay for all relevant training and training materials.
