Henry VIII The Musical is a new theatre production which tells the incredible story of England's most famous king and the six wives for which history remembers him. Following the trials of tribulations of his reign, this fast-paced musical has received rave reviews from audience members and critics.

The production covers a wide range of musical styles from funk to rock, from choral to classical, and includes full-cast numbers as well as poignant solos and haunting duets. About Walden Musical Group

The Walden Music Group was established in April 2011 specifically to put on the original production of Henry VIII The Musical. The company is made up of a cast of 35 young performers and musicians, aged 12-18, from North Essex and Cambridgeshire. The group put on the first production of the musical in November 2011, performing to 800 people across four performances. In December 2012, the group will be putting on the full version of the musical at the Britten Theatre, London.
