Blood, Guts and Gore

Join former RSC Head of Wigs and Make-up, Brenda Leedham, as she talks about the tricks of the trade and how bruises, cuts and scars are created. Willing participants will be required!

Stage Fighting

Easter Biscuit Decorating

Join our Rooftop Restaurant Chef at this drop in session for all the family and decorate an Easter biscuit with icing and sprinkles, then take home your creation.

Voice Skills Workshops

Are you a young performer looking to improve your performance skills and learn more about how our actors prepare, rehearse and perform? Join us for a series of practical workshops exploring how to use your voice, and learn a range of exercises and activities.
Voice Skills 1 – Learn
Wednesday 8 April
How to get the most out of your voice, including warm-up exercises to use before you hit the stage.
Voice Skills 2 - Explore
Thursday 9 April
How to use your voice in performance, fill a space and send thoughts to the audience.
Voice Skills 3 – Perform
Friday 10 April
Play with performing short pieces from Shakespeare, including dialogue and speeches.

The Great Shakespeare Egg Hunt
Around the theatre
Saturday 28 March - Sunday 12 April
Pick up a free trail leaflet and follow the clues to find Shakespeare Egg Heads hidden around the building. Solve the puzzle and get an Easter treat!

Crafty Drop-in Workshop
Upper Circle Bar, Royal Shakespeare Theatre
Thursday 2 April, 11am - 1pm and 2 - 4pm
Meet artist Susan Stockwell, the creator of our new exhibition Sea-Markings, and make your own paper boat to take home with you.
Suitable for ages 8+.

Dressing-up box
Transform yourself into a character for the stage with a special range of outfits and props from the RSC Costume department.
Suitable for all ages.

Family Trail
Follow the trail around the building and answer clues as you explore the theatre's history, inspirations and stories. Available from leaflet racks around the theatres.
Suitable for all ages.
