reIMAGINE – heritage opportunities for 13 to 16 year olds

We have recently completed our third reIMAGINE project with a group of 12 young people from Warwickshire.

Over three 9-week projects our teams of young people have explored the world of archived props and costumes in the RSC Collection, experienced a practical history of sound effects at the RSC from 1940 to present day working with our sound technicians and designers, and most recently had the opportunity to create and compose music for key moments in Macbeth, supported by our Music department.

As part of the project the young people visited The Play’s the Thing and met a variety of staff from many different departments at the RSC, to learn about the heritage of our theatre.
