You can make this Summer Cocktail at home or pop in to our Cocktail Bar at the RSC and enjoy having one of our bartenders make it for you.
40ml Sipsmith London Cup
15ml Lemon juice
4/5 Mint leaves
25g Strawberry jam
Strawberry and Mint for garnish
Cocktail Shaker and strainer
First fill your glass with ice.
Pour in the Sipsmith London Cup and add the strawberry jam.
Add the lemon juice and mint leaves.
Shake well and strain into your other glass over ice.
Top up with soda water and garnish with a strawberry and sprig of mint.
