Starters

Slow cooked pork belly and confit duck terrine, spiced apple chutney 

Prawn, pickled cucumber, fennel and watercress salad, sesame and orange yoghurt 

Leek and stilton tartlet, bitter leaves, honey mustard dressing (v)

Mains

Roast turkey and pancetta parcel, chestnut and cranberry stuffing, Madeira wine sauce

Baked fillet of hake, roasted pepper and red onion piperade, lemon butter sauce 

Stuffed Portobello mushroom with sweet potato, spinach, feta and pine nuts, chilli and garlic sauce (v) 

All served with rosemary roast potatoes, winter greens and honey glazed roots

Desserts

Chocolate truffle mousse, poached clementine, vanilla mascarpone

Exotic fruit platter, lime syrup (v) 

Crème Brulee, winter spiced shortbread

Please select one meat dish or one fish dish alongside the vegetarian option followed by one dessert

If you prefer a more intimate space for dinner then we can of course also welcome you to the Rooftop Restaurant with stunning panoramic views of the River Avon. £21.00 for two courses or £26.00 for three courses.
