SAVOURY SELECTION 

Rosemary and sea salted Cumberland sausage roll

Semi dried tomato, puff pastry galette

Selection of sandwiches:

St James smoked salmon and dill crème fraiche, malted bloomer

Vintage Barbers mature cheddar cheese, farmhouse pickle, white bloomer

Honey roast carved ham and piccalilli, malted bloomer

Free range egg mayonnaise and watercress, white bloomer

 

SWEET SELECTION 

Choux swan - Rhubarb, vanilla cream

Mille-feuille - Wild rose, pomegranate glaze

Macaroon

Black forest chocolate cup

Scone, Devonshire clotted cream, Tiptree strawberry jam
