We lit the top of the theatre tower with the Union flag to commemorate VE Day this weekend.

The unique display was lit from Friday to Sunday, to remember the enormous sacrifices that were made at home and abroad and to celebrate as people did 75 years ago, the arrival of peace in Europe.

Stratford-upon-Avon was to host a full range of celebrations for this year's VE Day on Friday, but they were sadly cancelled due to the pandemic.
