Visitors to the RSC can now enjoy an exciting new outdoor adventure, inspired by The Comedy of Errors.

Come and join us outside the Royal Shakespeare Theatre for Comedy of Errors, a new game based on Shakespeare's fairytale farce.

Designed by Andrew Lock and Fiona Barlow, who previously created The Swirl outdoor theatre for us, this family trail has been designed with social distancing in mind, and invites families to pick a character from the show and act out their perilous journey across the ocean.

Follow in the footsteps of Shakespeare’s hapless heroes as they brave storm, shipwreck, strange new worlds, high-seas and high-jinks to be reunited with their long-lost family in this fun and colourful journey through Shakespeare’s hilarious comedy.

Actors Greg Haiste and Jonathan Broadbent explore the Comedy of Errors family trail.
