Celebrating National Customer Service Week 3-7 October 2016

Our relationship with the people who come and visit us, take our tours, eat in our restaurant and see our shows is hugely important. We have an international reputation for world-class quality of work on stage, and we want the welcome and service we give to all our visitors to live up to equally high standards.

From 3-7 October we are celebrating National Customer Service Week – a chance to recognise how important our visitors and audiences are to our success, and acknowledge the hard work of the people who look after them in our Stratford-upon-Avon home.

If you've experienced excellent customer service during your visit to the Royal Shakespeare Company then we would love to hear from you. Please nominate the staff member for a Customer Service Excellence Award by emailing our team to tell us why they deserve recognition. Please include their name (if you know it), the area they work in (Front of House, café, tour guide), when you visited and why they deserve recognition.
