Iqbal Khan production 2012

This vibrant and colourful production transposed Shakespeare's vivacious and sometimes unsettling comedy of love and deceit to an Indian setting.

Directed by Iqbal Khan, Much Ado About Nothing featured Paul Bhattacharjee as Benedick and Meera Syal as Beatrice.

The production was part of the World Shakespeare Festival, and played in the Courtyard Theatre, Stratford-upon-Avon, then the Noël Coward Theatre, London, during summer 2012.
