Spark Young Writers Group

A monthly writing group for young people who are interested in creative writing from poems to plays, and editing to dialogue.

Develop your creative writing skills and learn about being a writer through working collaboratively and individually across ten sessions from September to June. Led by award-winning novelist Amanda Smyth, they meet monthly on Saturday mornings.

Spark Young Writers Group
Meeting monthly on Saturdays at The Other Place, Southern Lane, Stratford-upon-Avon, CV37 6BB
Suitable for ages 12-16 (those in Years 7-12 at school)

The group will work towards a showcase event for friends and family in June 2018. There are also opportunities for group members to take part in other events as well as publishing their writing in an online magazine. 

The group will meet from 10.30am – 12.30pm, monthly on Saturdays from September 2017 to June 2018, on the dates below.
