Summer Holiday Activities

Join us during the summer holidays for workshops and activities for all the family between 24 July and 1 September 2017.

A Roman Holiday

Inspired by our current season of Shakespeare’s Roman plays, join us for fun activities, performances and workshops with our Roman Holiday events.

Workshops

Alongside these events, you can also take part in workshops, using approaches straight from our rehearsal rooms. These are broken down in three age ranges:

Introduce
For ages 4 – 8 and their families/carers
Introduce the love of theatre and Shakespeare to your family with our series of fun and active 45 minute taster workshops.

Discover
For ages 8 – 12 and their families/ carers
Discover how our actors work in the rehearsal room to make theatre whilst learning more about Shakespeare’s plays. We also run full day workshops within this age group for young people to attend without their parent/ carers.

Explore
For ages 13 - 17
These sessions will give a greater insight into the work of the RSC and how we create theatre and bring Shakespeare to life. These workshops are for young people to attend without their parents/carers.
