Watch Michael Morpurgo's Tales from Shakespeare, read and performed by RSC actors. Available on demand for schools
Based on Michael Morpurgo's new book Tales from Shakespeare, these special events for schools introduce students to some of Shakespeare's best-loved plays including Macbeth, Romeo and Juliet, A Midsummer Night's Dream and The Tempest. The stories are told by both Michael himself and members of our acting company and can be accessed here.
New plays will be added throughout January and February, releasing at 10am each Friday and will be available for three months. .
New Literacy resources, created to support each of the tales will be available from February 2021.
The following supporting resources will also help students prepare to watch Tales from Shakespeare and offer some ideas for follow up work.
