Welcome to our Macbeth Broadcast hub page, and thank you for registering to take part.

Our specially curated package of content for the Schools' Broadcast offers KS3 students a comprehensive introduction to the play, its characters, language, and themes. The package will include:

  • Teacher Resources - From 4 May students will be able to access two weeks of content and resources on this page, including activities and videos, to help prepare them for the broadcast. These weeks will introduce the play, its themes, the context in which it was written, as well as equipping learners with the skills to unlock Shakespeare’s language and key scenes.

  • Macbeth Broadcast - In the week of 17 May all registered schools will have access to Polly Findlay’s 2018 production of Macbeth on this page. The play will be available on demand from 9am Monday 17 May – 5pm Friday 21 May

If you are participating in the broadcast please check our technical requirements to make sure you have the best viewing experience. All supporting resources will be made available here from 4 May. In the meantime, you can access all of our teacher resources on Macbeth
