Welcome to Dream - a live performance set in a virtual forest. You can access the performance from this page at the time and date you selected.

Under the shadow of gathering clouds at dusk, lit by the glimmer of fireflies, Puck acts as the guide. Explore the forest from the canopy of the trees to the roots, meet the sprites, Cobweb, Mustardseed, Peaseblossom and Moth, and take an extraordinary journey into the eye of a cataclysmic storm.

This 50-minute online event will be a shared experience between remote audience members and the seven actors who play Puck and the sprites. Dream is inspired by Shakespeare’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream. It is not a performance of Shakespeare's play.

There is further information on preparing your students to watch the performance below.

  • Home schooling students: forward the dream.online link to them so that they can access the performance on the correct date
  • In-classroom students: we recommend you take the time to test that you can access the stream. Visit dream.online from 8 March when the 'lobby' area for the experience will be open for you to try out.
