Getting closer to Neverland
Neverland is almost in reach. We have finished casting for the world premiere of Ella Hickson's Wendy and Peter Pan, a fresh new adaptation of the much loved children's classic by JM Barrie.
The show opens for previews in the Royal Shakespeare Theatre this December. You can see the full cast and creative list here.
A peek inside the workshop
Meanwhile in our workshops in Stratford-upon-Avon, work is well under way to bring Neverland to life. From crocodiles to toy trains our skilled team of crafts people are busy building the set, props and scenery that we hope will transfix you when you come to see the play.
You can find out more about how we're making Neverland in our video documentary on the Wendy and Peter Pan pages of our website.
Made in Stratford-upon-Avon
Everyone at the Royal Shakespeare Company, from actors to technicians, milliners to musicians, plays a part in creating the world you see on stage. Our work begins its life at our Stratford workshops and theatres and we share it with audiences across the world through our touring, residencies and online activity.
So, wherever you experience our work, you experience work that is made in Shakespeare's home town.
