The Community Chorus onstage during Julius Caesar

Our production of Julius Caesar for the World Shakespeare Festival includes a team of volunteers who are  on stage every night as part of the production.

We looked for men and women over 18 years old.

The production is specifically set in Africa so we needed black volunteers to perform as the crowd of up to 25 people at each performance.

We invited people who might be interested in taking part to one of three drop-in sessions Birmingham, or to get in touch with us by email.

Our 50 volunteers are finding out what it's like to put on a show from rehearsals to opening night.
