Making Shakespeare: Shakespeare's Women

Making Shakespeare

Join us for a practical workshop that will explore some of the female characters in Shakespeare's plays,  from the greatest to the little known roles.

This workshop gives you the opportunity to develop acting and performances skills through in-depth voice and text work with RSC practitioners.  We will explore a range of characters across the works of Shakespeare, investigating practically the opportunities female actors are presented with.

This workshop will also include a talk followed by a Q and A with actor Pippa Nixon, currently playing Ophelia in Hamlet and Rosalind in As You Like It.

 For ages 18 +.

Saturday 21 September

11am - 4.30pm

The Clore Learning Centre, Stratford-upon-Avon

Tickets cost £20 (lunch not included).
