Shakespeare meets modern wordplay in a site-specific performance by leading UK lyricists and hip-hop artists.

Featuring the unique creative team of wordsmith Polarbear and RSC Voice Director Cicely Berry, discover new words throughout the theatre, building to a blistering crescendo in the Swan Theatre.

Taking part are Kate Tempest, fresh from performances at this year's Glastonbury and Latitude Festivals, hip-hop tour de force Dizraeli, founder member of the Decypher Collective Professor D and rising spoken word stars Indigo Williams and Toby Thompson.

Sound and Fury is directed by acclaimed spoken word artist Polarbear, who recently co-devised and wrote 8sixteen32, which has just finished a national tour.

Sound and Fury marks the launch of an Education Department project exploring the links between Shakespeare and contemporary spoken-word / hip-hop artists.

Tickets cost £5, under 18s £4.
