Free Christmas Performances Every Sunday

Our Christmas stage ready for performances on Sunday's throughout December.

Come along to the Royal Shakespeare Theatre and enjoy free entertainment in the foyer from local community groups and performers.

Every Sunday during December you will find festive performances and seasonal music filling our foyer.  With mince pies and warming drinks available in the Riverside Café come and soak up the atmosphere as groups raise money for their chosen charity.

Sunday 1 December
Jenny Went Away
Original music, covers and traditional folk tunes by 3-piece all-female contemporary folk band, raising money for The Shakespeare Hospice.

Sunday 8 December
The Musical Box
Songs performed by the Musical Box students and teachers, raising money for the National Autistic Society.
12 - 1pm

Sunday 15 December
Little but Fierce Theatre Company, performing A Shakespearean Christmas Carol
12 -12.45pm and 2 - 2.45pm

Rugby Theatre, performing Festive Trimmings, a short collection of readings, sketches and poetry with a Christmas theme.
1 - 2pm

Amicantus Choir performing, performing traditional Christmas carols.
3 - 4pm

Sunday 22 December
RSC Jazz Choir
A selection of folk and jazz carols sung by members of the RSC staff and acting company.
12 - 1pm

Everyman Youth Theatre, Cardiff
Performing Who Kidnapped the Christmas Fairy? A selection of highlights from their production including traditional Welsh carols.
2 - 3pm
