1. Information about the RSC and using this website

1.1 The Royal Shakespeare Company (the RSC or we) welcomes you to www.rsc.org.uk (Our Website). This website is owned and managed by the RSC. For further details about the RSC, please go to the end of these terms of use.

1.2 This page and any documents referred to on it tell you how you can use our website (Terms and Conditions). Please read these terms carefully before you start to use our website, since by using this website, you indicate that you accept the terms.

1.3 Please note that some services offered on our website are subject to additional Terms and Conditions that supplement or vary these terms of use. Where additional terms apply, it will be clearly stated on the appropriate webpage. In the event of any discrepancy between these terms of use and the Terms and Conditions applying to any specific service, the Terms and Conditions that apply to the service in question will prevail.

1.4 Our website contains links to other RSC websites and third party websites, including those of other organizations who are working with the RSC (Partner Sites). When you visit another RSC website or a Partner Site or purchase goods or services from a Partner Site, your use of that RSC website or Partner Site (as applicable) will be subject or the privacy policy and terms of use applicable to that RSC website or Partner Site (as applicable).

2.1 We may withdraw or change the services we provide on our website without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason this website is unavailable at any time or for any period.

We may disable any user name or password at any time if you have failed to comply with these terms of use.

2.3 You may use our website for (a) your own personal and non-commercial use or (b) any non-commercial educational use. 5.3 You agree not to establish a link to our website from any website that is not owned by you and the website from which you are linking must comply in all respects with the rules about content set out in section 4 above and set out in our Acceptable Use Policy.

8 We will decide, in our discretion, whether there has been a breach of this Acceptable Use Policy through your use of our Website. When a breach of this policy has occurred, we may take such action as we consider appropriate.

9 Any failure to comply with this Acceptable Use Policy is a material breach of the Terms and Conditions on which we allow you to use Our Website, and may result in us taking all or any of the following actions:
