America has played a major role in ensuring that there has always been a home for Shakespeare's plays at Stratford-upon-Avon. Over the last hundred years, donations from the United States have helped build the original Royal Shakespeare Theatre as well as contribute to the ongoing work of the organisation.

United States taxpayers interested in supporting the transformation may donate to Royal Shakespeare Company America, a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) designated organisation. Donations to RSC America by US taxpayers are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law.
