First tower crane arrives

The most significant activity on site this week is the erection of the first tower crane in the old RST car park. Eventually there will be two cranes, one at either end of the site. They will be the life blood of the project delivering materials and equipment to any part of the site quickly and efficiently.
The first crane will be operational by early next week and it will be able to start work on the concrete and steelwork construction for the new auditorium.
