National Council for Work Experience
There are dozens of different ways of getting into theatre. We are looking for people from different backgrounds and with all sorts of skills. Remember, it’s not just those directly involved with the work on stage, the theatre needs accountants, IT professionals and a whole host of other talented people too.
Some people learn on the job, some take courses in theatre related subjects, and some bring their professional qualifications in other areas to the theatre. Take a look at the videos above for just some of the different stories at the RSC.
