RSC's international tour of King Lear and The Seagull

The RSC's productions of Shakespeare's King Lear (the final production in the Complete Works Festival) and Anton Chekhov's The Seagull, play in The Courtyard Theatre in Stratford-upon-Avon prior to embarking on an international tour of seven venues during 2007 after their run at the Theatre Royal, Newcastle upon Tyne.
Directed by Trevor Nunn, the two productions are cross cast within an ensemble of 23 actors including Ian McKellen, Romola Garai, Frances Barber and William Gaunt, and will tour to the following countries from July 2007:
