Writing through Drama: Years 5 – 8

Improve writing in Years 5-8 through drama based activities designed to inspire young people's creativity and support the development of their skills for writing.

Children in a workshop

The course will;

  • Explore writing and drama techniques inspired by Shakespeare's plays
  • Consider how exploring a story from multiple points of view can develop empathy and vocabulary
  • Investigate ways of motivating children to write in different formats.

This course costs £130 per person or £115 for Education Members. The price includes lunch, refreshments and comprehensive supporting notes.
