Letter from the Executive Director
The RSC is an ensemble company. We believe in a collaborative approach to theatre which produces a quality of work that can only be reached by developing projects as a team over an extended period of time. Everyone in the company from directors, actors and writers, to backstage and technical staff, to administrative, finance and front of house staff all collaborate in our distinctive approach to theatre making. We employ over 700 people who are either part of producing and presenting the plays, or in roles that directly support the work on stage.
