RSC Open Stages Marketing and Recruiting Packs sent to participating groups.

Partner Theatres run their Skills Exchange Workshop Weekend with representatives from all the participating amateur groups in their region.
April 2011 - June 2012
Participating amateur groups rehearse and perform their RSC Open Stages production in their own venue. RSC Open Stages productions may continue to be performed right through till December 2012.
4 June 2011
The All England Festival and RSC announce process for entering RSC Open Stages Shakespeare Festival.
April 2011 - December 2012
Partner theatres work with amateur individuals in their region to create a piece of theatre.
February 2012 - June 2012
Partner theatres showcase a selection of RSC Open Stages work from their region.
16 June 2012
Final of the All England Amateur Drama Festival RSC Open Stages Shakespeare Festival.
July 2012
As part of the World Shakespeare Festival, a group from each regional partner theatre's Open Stages Showcase perform over two weekends, (13th - 15th and 21st & 22nd July) in Stratford-upon-Avon, together with amateur festival winners from England, Ireland, and Scotland.
July - December 2012
Groups continue to perform RSC Open Stages productions across the country.
