What Country Friends is This?

Something strange afoot

July 10, 2012

chewed shoesWe have had a mysterious footwear phenomenon going on.

People's shoes have been disappearing and turning up in odd places. Horribly mutilated.

It's not usual for a shoe to go wandering off on its own.

Ali's shoe disappeared from the backstage area and was found in the auditorium with the strap mercilessly cut through. Trinculo's boots and Craig's show shoes savagely ravished. Jonny's left slipper was found in a corner with a big chunk missing. Miwa's left shoe was rendered unwearable by what looked like an attack with garden shears.

What on earth is going on? (That's a clue) A foot fetishist with a literally sinister penchant? We have been genuinely foxed.

Genuinely foxed. For the culprit has been spotted. No need to call in Scotland Yard. This is more a case for the RSPCA.

A fox has found its way into the building and obviously can't find it's way out again. It has been spotted, but so far the wily creature has evaded capture. Oh well, that's shoe business!
