How the scene was rehearsed

Who's this? Gregory Doran is the director.

This movie is in three sections:
Playing for real is playing | Hear Demetrius | Hear Helena

Context: In playing comedy it is easy to go for the quick satisfaction of getting a laugh. A storm of laughter may reward the ego but to find the character's reality you need to go back to the truth. Perhaps the agony of a rejected lover needs a different response from the audience. Demetrius talks about truth. He uses it as an excuse for plain speaking - much as we might say 'to be honest' and then speak rather too bluntly.

What do you think? Demetrius threatens Helena - would he really do her harm if she continued to follow him?
