SUFS America
We have worked with thousands of teachers, students, policy makers and theatre companies across the UK to explore new ways of making Shakespeare accessible to children in schools.
Having seen inspirational teaching in both Primary and Secondary schools across the UK, we derived three clear principles about how to involve young people with Shakespeare. We are now exploring ways of transplanting this philosophy and practice to schools in the USA, in collaboration with American educators.

"Children come to school asking the question: 'Is it Shakespeare today?' They beam with delight when the answer is yes! It motivates them and quiet children find a voice - which develops their confidence and self-esteem."
