Personal bookings can be made at the Novello Theatre Box Office from Monday to Saturday 10am - 7.45pm.

RSC Members' exchanges or returns
Please note that if you have bought tickets directly from the RSC Box Office during Members' Priority Booking, and want to exchange or return them, you will need to exchange these tickets with the RSC, rather than at the Novello.
