This private room on the third floor of the theatre is perfect for business meetings and private dining for up to 24 people.

Former dressing rooms for our actors, these re-purposed spaces are great for smaller meetings, max 20 people. VOIP enabled.

The Buzz Goodbody meeting room at The Other Place is light and airy and has space for up to 16 people. VOIP enabled.

Over two floors with its own cafe - Susie's bar, there is space for a catering buffet and plenty of room to mingle. Max 120 people.  

Enjoying views across the Bancroft Gardens and beyond, this room can accommodate up to 120 people. 

This art deco bar overlooking the River Avon is ideal for drinks receptions as well as meetings. Max 60 people. 

The smallest of our rehearsal spaces it is a particularly good break out room. Max 140 people.  

The largest RSC rehearsal space - ideal for large meetings as it has a double height ceiling. Max 200 people.   

A great meeting room or conference space and popular for gala dinners and award ceremonies. Max 180 people. 

The Studio Theatre in The Other Place seats up to 200 people with close proximity to many breakout rooms as well as in-house catering. 

The Swan Theatre auditorium with its wooden galleries replicates the Victorian splendour of the original Shakespeare Memorial Theatre. 

Host your event on the world famous Royal Shakespeare Theatre stage, hosting guests on three levels and with a Shakespearean 'thrust' stage at its centre. 

The Clore Learning Centre on Waterside is our dedicated Education space which has four rooms of various sizes. These are available for hire by the local community for a maximum of 20 days per year.
