RSC Work Experience Programme
We have two work experience programmes; one for students in Years 10 - 11 and one for students in Years 12 - 13.
The Taste of Theatre programme is for students in Year 10 - 11.
The Open Doors programme is designed for older students in Year 12 - 13.
Taste of Theatre (Year 10 - 11 students)
During the week, students can expect to gain a broad understanding of how departments within an international theatre company work together. This will include participation in a number of activities that demonstrate how different theatre departments contribute to our productions.

Open Doors (Year 12 - 13 students)
This is to be trialled for the first time on Monday 26th January 2009. We will open up the whole Courtyard Theatre for a full careers day. Students will be able to visit workshops run by various departments and learn about the skills involved in the differing job roles we advertise. Staff from across the whole organisation will be there to demonstrate how their department contributes to the running of the RSC and how to apply and then establish a particular career within that department. It will be a fantastic opportunity for those interested in working for a theatre company to find out what suitable qualifications and studying requirements they may need.
