The Finance Department is made up of three divisions; Accounts Services, Management Accounts and Payroll.

About the placement

This placement is structured to allow the successful candidate to spend a planned amount of time within each division of the Finance Department. The placement will provide an opportunity to gain experience in the following areas:

Accounts Services
- Accounts Principles
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Credit Control
- Cash & Bank Management

Payroll
- Payroll Practices

Management Accounts
- Financial Reporting
- Budgeting
- Attend Finance meetings

Criteria

We are looking for applicants who are interested in pursuing a career in Finance. Essential attributes for this placement are:

• Qualified to GCSE level or equivalent Looking to enrol on a Finance or Business Administration related A-level course or equivalent.
• A basic understanding of Computer Software (MS Office)
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Numerate.
