Stratford on Sea

Clive-Chandler-Punch--Judy-243x317

A brand new month of free RSC family activity.

Families can enjoy a month of free summer entertainment in August, as we will be hosting a range of seaside activities and end of the pier style fun as part of Stratford-on-Sea.

Highlights include a special family trail at the Royal Shakespeare Theatre based on Shakespeare's magical play The Tempest, where visitors can collect clues.

People can also pose for photos as part of a traditional seaside funny faces board, and relax on deck chairs and enjoy an ice cream or cold drink.

Every Sunday throughout August there will be a range of free drop-in activities including folk music, art workshops and Punch and Judy shows.

Families can also enter the jaws of a special aluminium whale and discover a special sea side inspired tale.
