New partnership with Cross
We are pleased to announce a new brand partnership with Cross.
Established in 1846, Cross is one of the oldest manufacturers of fine writing instruments in the world and now sell their hand crafted, elegant pens and personal accessories in 140 different countries.
Cross are the exclusive pen partner for the Royal Shakespeare Company in support of new writing from November 2011 to April 2012.
With several new plays in our recent and current programme – Matilda The Musical in the West End, and The Heart of Robin Hood, Written on the Heart and the The Heresy of Love in Stratford-upon-Avon – it's a great time to celebrate the RSC's work in commissioning and producing new plays alongside Shakespeare and the classics.
During the initial six month partnership, Cross and the RSC will host a writing competition, a customer prize draw and will take part in events at the Selfridges store in London.
