Casting for Wendy and Peter Pan

Fiona Button and Sam Swann will play Wendy and Peter Pan in our new version of JM Barrie's much loved classic tale.

Fiona appeared recently in Madame de Sade and An Ideal Husband in the West End as well as the BBC series Lip Service, How Not to Live Your Life and Outcasts. She will shortly play Cordelia in Lucy Bailey's production of King Lear (Theatre Royal Bath). This is her RSC debut.

Sam Swann last appeared with the RSC in David Greig's Dunsinane. Other credits include The Kitchen at the National Theatre and TV's Vicious and Bitchcraft.

Guy Henry returns to the RSC after ten years to play Peter's nemesis Captain Hook. Guy, who has been appearing regularly as surgeon Henrik Hanssen in TV's Holby City, last performed at the RSC as Parolles in Gregory Doran's 2003 production of All's Well That Ends Well.

Charlotte Mills also returns to the RSC in the role of the fairy Tink, having previously appeared in The Winter's Tale. Andrew Woodall makes his RSC debut as Mr Darling and the Darling children will be played by Brodie Ross as Michael, Colin Ryan as Tom and Jolyon Coy as John.

Wendy and Peter Pan runs in the Royal Shakespeare Theatre from 10 December 2013 to 2 March 2014.
